What we’re made of
The cabins are set on the Bona Fide Permaculture Farm and have been designed with love and care - for not only our guests and our neighbors but our surroundings too.
They are mostly made of bamboo - hence the name (French for Bamboo plantation) - all grown right here on the farm.
The hardwood floors are remnants from trees felled by Hurricane Nate in 2017.
The space has been carefully handcrafted by a skilled, local team with your comfort and pleasure in mind.
The rooms sit among reforested land that has been converted from a monoculture to a biologically rich area of edible plants and trees.

“The (treehouse) room overlooking both Volcano Concepcion and the Lake was stunning and tastefully fitted out. The bed was very comfortable and the room was cleaned and restocked daily. The breakfast was delicious using produce grown on the property, including fruits I had never heard of. The property in general is beautiful, a slice of Nica paradise.”
“This place is a hidden paradise, I could not recommend it more! First of all the views from our air bnb were spectacular. We had a panoramic view of the volcano. The room itself was sparkling clean and they supplied everything we needed, the balcony had two hammocks that we could relax in and enjoy the view. Megan was the most warm and welcoming host, we instantly felt at home. The open kitchen surrounded by luscious trees and plants was the perfect place to enjoy a coffee and the fresh and delicious breakfast served each morning. We could not have been happier with our stay and wish we could have stayed longer! Thanks again for everything.”

Nature Lovers - We’re the perfect getaway for those wanting to escape the stresses of city-life. You can watch the monkeys from your bed and hear the jungle sounds all around.
Romantic Getaways - We offer comfortable queen beds, suited to couples. Double hammocks and those views plus a bottle of red are the perfect way to spend a honeymoon.
Self-care Trips - The private balconies are the perfect space to gaze at the milky way; enjoy your favorite tipple or practice those yoga moves and work on some self-love. Massages available on request.
Digital Nomads - The cabins offer high-speed fiber optic WiFi (yes! here on the volcanoes of a remote island in Nicaragua!!) and comfortable desk space... perfect for those looking to escape the world while staying connected. The stunning views from the cabins are inspiration for writers and artists, marketers and visionaries.
